Carrots

Mom always said to eat your carrots. They are a great source of nutrients, including biotin, vitamin K, fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and more. Since they're so healthy, crunchy and tasty, maybe it's time to grow your own!

Grow your carrots in full sun, in loose, pliable, deep soil. Plant seeds evenly in a very shallow furrow, about 1/4 in. deep and keeps seeds moist so they will germinate. Once you see the actual carrots forming, you can harvest your crop. Your home-grown carrots will taste better than any canned or frozen carrots ever could!
