About Fleet Farm

1. Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then select View Cart & Checkout from the shopping cart view. 
2. Select Proceed to Checkout from the cart screen.
3. Sign into your FleetFarm.com account or checkout as a guest.
4. Follow the step-by-step prompts to enter shipping, payment, and billing information.
5. Review your order, then select Place Order.

You can save two shipping addresses when you create an account, but you may currently ship to only one address per order.

We do not currently ship to international locations. We offer shipment to the lower 48 states along with shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. 

1. Make sure your order meets the code’s qualifications. This may include a subtotal or specific brand requirement.
2. Check the expiration date — if you received this code via email or text, it will be included at the bottom.
3. If your code is for a Gift with Purchase item, make sure it’s been added to your cart.
4. Have you already applied another code to your cart? We’re only able to apply one code per order.

FleetFarm.com accepts the following payment types:

• Third-party credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®
• Third-party debit cards: Must be connected with Visa or MasterCard and processed as a credit card
• Fleet Farm® Gift Cards
• Third-party gift cards from American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard

 

 

Please note, FleetFarm.com does not accept credit cards from foreign banks. Both the issuing bank and the card holder's billing address must be U.S.-based.

 

We'll only charge your method of payment after your order has been shipped. However, we may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged.

 

Please note that Fleet Farm doesn't control how long authorization holds stay on your account. You may call your card-issuing bank if you have further questions.

To ensure you receive all email communication regarding your order, please verify you have entered the correct email address at the time of checkout.  
 
Some email providers use a spam filter, which causes emails to either be received into the junk/spam folder, or not be received by the user at all.  
 
To ensure you receive your order confirmation and all successive order emails, please add customerservice@fleetfarm.com to your address book so you receive emails about your order status.
 
If you have questions about receiving order emails, or are still not receiving order emails from us, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-633-7456.

Fleet Farm's acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received, and does not guarantee your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. 
 
There are a few reasons why we may need to cancel an order, such as:
• Item became unavailable
• Incorrect address
• Invalid payment method
• Inaccuracies in product information or pricing
 
For orders cancelled because of address or payment reasons, you can place a new order with updated address or payment information.
 
Clearance items are not guaranteed to be in stock. Orders containing clearance items may take longer to fulfill due to limited availability. If we are unable to fulfill the item, you will receive a cancellation notice. Any other items on your order will be fulfilled accordingly.
