About Fleet Farm

Fleet Farm welcomes your dog into our Wisconsin & Iowa stores! Please, however, observe the following:

1. It is within the discretion of Store Management to allow or refuse to allow any dog into this store, or to remove any dog once they have entered.
2. All dogs must at all times be kept on a leash not to exceed 4 feet in length.
3. Aggressive dogs, and dogs that are not house-trained, are not permitted in this store.
4. You must clean up after your dog. If necessary, cleaning supplies will be provided.
5. Do not leave your dog unattended at any time.
6. Please, no dogs in shopping carts.
7. You are liable for any injuries or any damage to property caused by your dog. Wisconsin Stats 174.02.  
    

Pets are not allowed into our Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota stores, except for service animals.

Most merchandise in new, unused, and resaleable condition, and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. All merchandise for return or exchange must be accompanied by a valid receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items such as undergarments, swimwear, DVDs, Videos, Books, ammunition, firearms, custom cut merchandise,special orders, or perishable items. Please note, to comply with Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping Regulations (49CFR Parts 171-180), we cannot accept returns by mail for any items containing lithium batteries, oil, fuel or other fluids. Other restrictions may include inspection of the item by an authorized service center. All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturers’ policies.

Fleet Farm Gift Cards purchased on FleetFarm.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Clearance items are not guaranteed to be in stock. Orders containing clearance items may take longer to fulfill due to limited availability.

Please note, if selecting an expedited shipping option, the order processing time may be delayed as we check availability on the item.

If we are unable to fulfill the item, you will receive a cancellation notice. Any other items on your order will be fulfilled accordingly.

• At checkout, show the Team Member the price you would like to match from the retailer’s physical printed ad, or present your mobile device showing the digital ad, or website product page.
• We will match any retailer’s prices whether it’s a sale price or an everyday price.
• We cannot match the price of products sold or shipped by third-party Marketplace sellers online auction websites, or any store’s closeout, special order, special event pricing such as Black Friday, clearance, liquidation, member-only prices, or damaged items.
• We will not accept an image or screenshot of an ad or website.
• If you purchase an item from Fleet Farm and it goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase date, you can bring your receipt in for a refund of the difference upon review by store management.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities.
