- Manufacturers Warranty Details : Our lifetime warranty applies only to RuffLand® Performance Kennel’s roto-molded products, purchased directly from our website, or from any Authorized RuffLand® Performance Kennels Dealers, Distributors, or retail and online stores, and is extended only to the original purchaser (“owner”). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from our website or an Authorized RuffLand® Kennels Dealer, Distributor or website. These products include but are not limited to, all sizes/styles of kennels (not including door or handles), all sizes Divide and Conquer kennel divider, Water Hole, all sizes Easy Rider Top Tray, Water Topper, Toss Bosses, Clean Cuts, Cackle Boxes, and Rod Pod. All other products will carry a 30-day limited warranty. RuffLand® Kennels warrants all products sold by Authorized Dealers, Distributors, and retail/online stores, to be free of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following: (1) Damage or breakage from wear and tear by your pet, such as chewing on vent holes or door frame. (2) Impact-related damage or breakage, this includes vehicle accidents and collisions, however please reach out in the event of a crash involving your crate. (3) Damage resulting from abuse, misuse or carelessness, including dropping or falling out of vehicle. (4) Intentional damage and/or breakage. (5) Normal customer wear and tear, this includes scratches, slight warping, and edge chipping. (6) Warping from exposure to extreme weather, heat, rain or snow. (7) Damage resulting from improper installation of accessories. (8) Any damage caused from anything other than defects in material or workmanship. (9) Damage from the use of solvents, adhesives, or cleaning solutions. (10) Alterations or modifications done by customer. If determined to be a warranty-related issue, RuffLand® Kennels will pay for the product to come back to our facility for replacement or repair and send back.
