- QUIKRETE Fireplace Mortar provides excellent adhesion and when exposed to fire is strengthened to firebrick hardness
- Material dries hard and adheres strongly
- Tube with applicator tip
- Air dry placed material for 1 to 30 days before exposing to fire
- Apply no thicker than 1/8-inch in one application
- For deeper cracks, apply multiple layers, allowing each layer to dry 24 hours
- Exposure to fire must occur within 30 days of application or it will lose adhesion
