5 Year Limited Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (5) years from the date of original purchase.
Year 1-3 – Replacement Coverage
During the first year of the warranty period, the manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Years 4–5 – Service Coverage Only
During the second and third years of the warranty period, coverage is limited to diagnostic evaluation and repair assistance. Replacement of the product is not guaranteed and will be provided solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Warranty Claim Process
To obtain warranty service, the customer must return the product to the manufacturer, freight prepaid, for inspection and diagnostic testing. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the cause of any failure.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from, including but not limited to:
improper use, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, accidents, environmental conditions, or use outside of intended applications.
If the manufacturer determines that the product failure is due to any of the above excluded conditions, the warranty shall be void and no repair or replacement will be provided.
Limitations
This warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product as provided herein.
