Proceed to View Cart & Checkout. Here you can Change Store or choose to Ship My Order Instead, or Proceed to Checkout. Complete your order and you'll receive an email confirmation.
PICK UP IN STORE
You'll receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Bring that email, along with your photo ID and the card you used at checkout to the Customer Service Desk to pick up your order.

What is Buy Online, Pick Up in Store?
Our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store service allows you to order items from FleetFarm.com and pick them up at your local Mills Fleet Farm store. To see if an item is eligible, look for the Pick Up in Store radio button on the product page when adding the item to your cart.

Why are some products not available at my local store?
Availability and stock might vary between stores. Additionally, not all items may not be available at all stores due to limited quantities or space limitations.
Is there an extra cost to buy items online and pick them up in store?
No - there is no charge for Order Pickup.
Can I have someone else pick up my Order Pickup items?
Yes, you can choose an alternate pick-up person on the Store Pick Up page during checkout
Will I be able to use discounts or promo codes on orders I place online and pick up in store?
You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on FleetFarm.com
When will I get charged for my order?
We’ll only charge your method of payment after your order has been picked up. However, we may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged. Please note that Fleet Farm doesn’t control how long authorization holds stay on your account. You may call your card-issuing bank if you have further questions.
Can I change my pick-up location after I placed an order?
Sorry, but you can't change your pick-up store. You must pick up your order at the Fleet Farm store location you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order by calling Fleet Farm Customer Service at 1-877-633-7456 or let the pick-up window expire.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email. If you selected an alternate pickup person, they’ll also receive the email notification. Your order will be held at the store for 2 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 2 days, we’ll cancel the order and you won't be charged.
Why was my order cancelled?
Sometimes an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable. If we need to cancel the item, we’ll send you an email to let you know as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Where do I pick up my order?
Most orders will be available for pickup at the Customer Service Desk. For some larger items, you may be required to pick up your item at the Outside Yard. Please refer to your pick-up confirmation email for the exact pick-up location for your order.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
To pick up your order, you will be required to present a valid photo ID, as well as a copy of your order confirmation email, either printed or shown on your phone.
How long will my order be held at the store?
Your order will be held at the store for 2 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 2 days, we’ll cancel the order and you won't be charged.

How do I return my Order Pickup items?
Items can be returned at Customer Service using the receipt that is emailed to you after the item is picked up from the store, or by using the debit or credit card you used as payment. To complete a return using the emailed receipt, print the receipt or access the receipt from a mobile device and present at Customer Service.
