Effective
Product arrived promptly. After putting the bait chunx in my attic, the litter patter of little mice feet stopped within a week. Product makes mice thirsty and they exit the building in search of water and perish elsewhere.

Fast killing
I have been using for about one years and it works great. Buying the large containers is much more economical and it work great for mice and rats. I use it outside because they bother my garden.
