The chamber accommodates canning jars (quart, pint, or jelly) laying down. Use the canister port inside the chamber for sealing accessories and larger jars; vacuum hose included. The Marinate function runs 3 times consecutively without sealing, speeding marinate time from hours to minutes. Includes riser insert to level and take up space in chamber.
