Hillman Security Stud Hinge

The Security Stud Door Hinge is designed to provide security for out-swinging residential interior and exterior doors. One hinge leaf has a "locking tab". When hinge is in closed position, the locking tab enters a hole on the opposite leaf. This action locks the hinge preventing unwanted door removal even if the hinge pin is removed. Full mortise installation. Safe working load (or maximum door weight): 55lbs. per hinge.
