This holiday season, we are anticipating a higher than normal order volume. Due to this, orders may take longer than usual to process. We thank you for your continued patience as we work to get your purchases to you quickly and efficiently. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Fleet Farm's acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received, and does not guarantee your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed.

We'll email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders. You can also check the status of an order at any time in order details.

To visit order details in the Fleet Farm app, select the Account icon in the lower right corner, then select My Orders. On FleetFarm.com, select Track Order in the upper right corner. Enter your email address and order number or select the order from Order History to view order details, including status and tracking details.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your item ships. You can enable notifications in the Fleet Farm app to receive status updates.

There’s no change to the 90 day return period. Most items purchased from Fleet Farm can be returned within 90 days (with a few exceptions) and can be returned in store or by mail (for online orders).

When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email and/or text. If you selected an alternate pickup person, they’ll also receive the email notification.

Your order will be held at the store for 5 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 5 days, we’ll cancel the order and you won't be charged.

While we are working diligently to process orders as quickly as possible, we anticipate carrier delays due to high shipping volume this holiday season. Fleet Farm is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by any third-party carrier, including but not limited to weather delays that may impact the delivery of your order.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed and marked ready for shipping. Most items are processed for shipments within 48 hours. Please allow additional processing time for high-volume shopping events.

Once FedEx* picks up your order, you can follow your tracking information for more detailed information.

Physical Gift Cards are processed and mailed separately from the rest of your Ship to Home order via USPS. Gift cards are mailed inside of a standard envelope addressed from Fleet Farm. We do not provide tracking information for Gift Card orders. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your gift card to arrive for standard shipping once you receive your shipment notification. Due to high volume, processing times are delayed. We appreciate your patience.

eGift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email with delivery instantly (within 4 hours) or on a specific date you choose (up to 60 days in the future). The email sent to the recipient includes a link to claim their eGift Card online. When the recipient opens the link, the eGift Card design you selected will be displayed along with the recipient's name, your personalized message, the eGift Card number, amount and instructions on how to redeem their eGift Card.

FleetFarm.com offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:

  • Standard Shipping: Standard ground shipping is the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days* after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
    • Your order may ship in multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster.
  • Expedited Shipping: Depending on the item and shipping destination, expedited shipping may be available. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days* after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • *Business days do not include weekends.
  • Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow 48 hours for processing prior to the shipment of your order.
  • While most items ship within 48 hours, some items may require additional processing time.
  • Please allow additional processing time for high-volume shopping events.

While we ship most purchases in a standard brown box, some items ship in their original packaging, and there’s no way to hide what it is. If the item you wish to purchase can’t be left in a safe space or if you’re giving it as a gift and don’t want to ruin the surprise, here are a couple options:

  • Have the item sent to your workplace or to a relative’s house.
  • Choose order pickup if available.
