ONLINE FIREARM ORDERING CERTIFICATION AND AGREEMENT

By adding a Firearm(s) to your cart, you are certifying that each of the following is true:

1.      I certify that I am of legal age to possess a firearm (18 for long guns, 21 for handguns, receivers, frames, pistol grip shotguns, and other firearms).

2.      I certify that I am not legally prohibited from purchasing a firearm under federal, state, or local laws.

3.      I agree that I cannot and will not take possession of a firearm until I successfully complete the applicable government transfer process, in-person, at the Fleet Farm store where I will take possession of the firearm.

4. I understand and agree that the firearm(s) I ordered will arrive at the Fleet Farm store I have designated, and that the firearm(s) can only be picked up by me, the actual purchaser, with valid government-issued photo identification. 

5. I certify and represent that I am not making this purchase to furnish or purchase a firearm for another person, knowing that the person is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
