ONLINE AMMUNITION ORDERING AGREEMENT

Ship My Order: 

To purchase ammunition online, for shipment to your home, you must be at least 21 years old. All ammunition purchases must go through an age and address verification process at time of purchase. All ammunition will be shipped via FedEx Ground and requires the recipient to verify that they are 21 years of age and present government-issued photo identification. By placing an order, you certify that you meet the age requirements and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Ammunition has an additional $9.99 surcharge and cannot be shipped to a PO Box; a physical address must be provided. There is a maximum order quantity of 20 boxes or 2 cases for shipped orders. 
• Due to various state and local laws and regulations, Fleet Farm does not ship ammunition to CA, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY, RI, AK and the five US Territories.  

Store Pick-up: 

To purchase ammunition online, for pickup in store, you must be at least 18 years old for rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 years old for handgun ammunition. All ammunition purchases must go through an age and address verification process at time of purchase. All ammunition pickups will require that the purchaser present a government-issued photo identification that matches the order and that meets the age requirements. By placing an order, you certify that you meet the age requirements and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

*Please Note: Federal, state, and/or local restrictions may apply to the sale and shipment of ammunition.  Some jurisdictions may have additional restrictions or require a permit or license.  It is your responsibility to review and adhere to these regulations before making a purchase.

**For safety reasons, Fleet Farm does not accept returns on ammunition.  Always make sure you use and order the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
