About Fleet Farm

These Terms of Use govern your conduct with respect to the Product Ratings and Review service offered by Fleet Farm. In consideration for Fleet Farm’s permission for you to submit content, you represent and agree that:

    • You are the sole author and owner of the content;
    • Any and all rights you have to the content are waived by you;
    • Your content does not violate another party's intellectual property rights;
    • Content you post is not false, inaccurate or misleading;
    • Content you submit does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
    • Content you submit is not defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, threatening, or harassing;
    • You were not paid or promised any consideration whatsoever to submit the content;
    • Content you submit does not contain references other websites, street addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
    • Content you submit does not contain computer viruses, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You acknowledge that you and not Fleet Farm is responsible for the content of your submission.  You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold Fleet Farm and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, LLC, harmless from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of any content you post, or arising from a breach of your representations and agreements, as set forth above.

You agree further that for any content that you submit, you grant Fleet Farm a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and/or sell and/or distribute such content, and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world, without compensation to you.

Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days from receipt. However, Fleet Farm reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason and at any time, without notice to you.  You also agree that Fleet Farm has no obligation to maintain the confidence of any content you submit, and that in the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and Fleet Farm’s Privacy Policy, these Terms of Use shall govern.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Fleet Farm and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative or for marketing purposes.
