FleetFarm.com offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:

• Standard Shipping: Standard ground shipping is the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days* after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

• Your order may ship in multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster. 
 

• Expedited Shipping: Depending on the item and shipping destination, expedited shipping may be available. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days* after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

• *Business days do not include weekends

• Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow 48 hours for processing prior to the shipment of your order.

• While most items ship within 48 hours, some items may require additional processing time.

• Please allow additional processing time for high-volume shopping events.

• Due to high order volume, we anticipate carrier delays. Fleet Farm is not responsible for these delays and cannot guarantee the shipping timeframe once your order leaves our facility.

Select items may be limited to ship only to certain states. This will be noted on the product page, as well as in the shopping cart.

At this time, we cannot accept orders with an APO/FPO shipping address.

We'll only charge your method of payment after your order has been shipped or picked up, so you may see the order total split across multiple charges as they are shipped. However, we may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged.

Please note that Fleet Farm doesn't control how long authorization holds stay on your account. You may call your card-issuing bank if you have further questions.

You may exchange or return the item in store with a valid receipt. Online purchases can also be returned by mail. Returns must comply with our return policy. If you received an order that was damaged during shipment, contact us at [email protected] for help with refunding or replacing your order.

To help expedite the process, please include your order number, pictures of the damaged item, the exterior of the package, the packing material, and the shipping label with the tracking number visible.

Original shipping charges will be refunded for shipments that are damaged, defective, in error, or not as pictured. In these instances, a pre-paid return label will be provided. Shipping charges are based on total order value, item weight and the shipping option you choose. You may see your estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart and clicking the "Checkout" button from the cart summary.

You can save two shipping addresses when you create an account, but you may currently ship to only one address per order.

If your order has multiple items, it may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. We do not charge you extra for split shipments. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.

You can use Order Tracking to see when separate shipments are on the way.

Bee purchases are charged at the time of placing the order, but will ship between April 15 and May 10, weather permitting. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

You will be notified via email approximately one week in advance of the expected ship date so you can arrange to receive the bees from the carrier. You will be notified via email with tracking information and expected delivery date when the bees have been consigned to the carrier.

IMPORTANT: Within 4 hours of the delivery of the bees:

• For the health and safety of the bees, we strongly recommend that someone be home at time of delivery.
• In the event that the bee packages arrive with excessive deaths (more than 1 1/2” of dead bees in the bottom of the package), or if the queen arrives dead, customer must take a photograph of the dead bees in the package, or the queen in her box, and send the photos to Fleet Farm at: [email protected], or call us at 1-877-633-7456
• Bee deaths reported within 4 hours of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund, at the supplier’s discretion. If reported more than 4 hours after delivery, replacement or refund may not apply.
