Most items purchased at a Fleet Farm store or FleetFarm.com may be exchanged at a store within the return policy timeframe.

You can also return FleetFarm.com purchases and place a new order. FleetFarm.com purchases may be returned in store or online. Please contact Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 to complete the return process.

No price adjustments are accepted for online purchases, nor do we honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

Most merchandise in new, unused, and resaleable condition, and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange.  All merchandise for return or exchange must be accompanied by a valid receipt.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items such as ammunition, firearms, custom cut merchandise and special orders. Please note, To comply with Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping Regulations (49CFR Parts 171-180), we cannot accept returns by mail for any items containing oil, fuel or other fluids. Other restrictions may include inspection of the item by an authorized service center. All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturers’ policies.

Fleet Farm Gift Cards purchased on FleetFarm.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. 

Your refund will be credited back to the credit/debit/check card used to pay for your order. If you paid using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued to you in the amount of the return.

All items purchased on a credit/debit/check card will be credited to the original purchase method, or in store credit if the card is not present at time of refund. All items purchased on a gift card will be credited to a gift card. All items returned with a gift receipt will be given in-store credit or exchanged. All items purchased by check require a 10-day waiting period.

Your return may have been declined if the order is over 90 days old. Our return policy is to accept online purchases that are in new, unused and resalable condition within 90 days of the date you received your order.
