About Fleet Farm

Depending on the availability of the item you want to purchase, you can select Pick Up In Store on the product's page. With this option, you can place an order for the item online and pick up your order at a store of your choice.

On some out-of-stock items, we offer to notify you when the item becomes available again. If this option is available for an item, you'll see a red notify me when available button on the product page. We make this option available only when we believe we'll be able to order more inventory. If we don't expect to receive more inventory, this option won't appear on the product page.

To receive a notification:

1. Click notify me when available.

2. Enter your name and email address in the pop-up box.

3. This function isn't available on mobile devices.

A rain check may be available if a sale item is not available at your Fleet Farm store. The rain check entitles you to today's sale price for ten days after an item has been made available at the issuing store. Rain checks are not offered on FleetFarm.com.

Unfortunately, a rain check does not guarantee that a store will receive more stock on an unavailable item.

With manager approval, a substitution may be offered for an item of the same or higher quality for the same price.

Fleet Farm does not offer rain checks for clearance, one-shot deals, toys, "While Supplies Last" items, items unavailable at certain locations, as well as other items as determined by management.

Rain checks aren't accepted on FleetFarm.com. If you have a Fleet Farm rain check, you can use it at a Fleet Farm store.
