Sorry. Fleet Farm Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit unless required by law.

There are three convenient ways to check your gift card balance:

1. Online - Simply enter your 16-digit gift card number and access code

2. By phone - you may call the toll free number provided on the back of your gift card (1-800-368-1200)

3. At a Fleet Farm store location

1. Navigate to FleetFarm.com/giftcards.

2. Choose whether you'd like to order a physical or eGift card and select the appropriate option.

3. Follow all prompts.

4. Select Add to Cart.

You should treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may be canceled and replaced with a new gift card in the amount of the then remaining balance upon proof (original sales receipt) as required by Fleet Farm. If you lose or misplace your gift card, immediately contact Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456.

In-Store
To use your card at a retail store location, simply present your gift card as a means of payment. If your order total is greater than the balance on your gift card you will be asked for an additional form of payment.

No. Fleet Farm gift cards or eGifts don't expire or have additional fees. The gift card value will only reduce when it’s used to make a purchase. As long as a balance remains on your gift card, it is valid.

If you're paying with a Fleet Farm Gift Card and a credit card, we'll apply Fleet Farm Gift Card payments first and charge the remainder to the credit card you've selected for the order.

FleetFarm.com will accept up to four Fleet Farm Gift Cards as payment per order at checkout.

No, there aren't any fees.

You may purchase an unlimited number Gift Cards/eGifts; however, the total value of Gift Cards purchased may not exceed $2000 in one order.

Gift card orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.

No. If your purchase is less than the amount of the value of the Gift Card or eGift, you can apply the balance towards your next purchase. If the value is greater than the card balance, you will need to provide an additional form of payment such as cash or credit card.

Free Promotional Fleet Farm Gift Cards are sent when the qualifying purchase item ships or is picked up*. Fleet Farm orders including a free promotional Fleet Farm Gift Card for qualifying items are now delivered via email. This email will include a link where you can access your Gift Card number and access code for redemption on FleetFarm.com, and a barcode for redemption at a Fleet Farm store. If the qualifying purchase item was canceled for any reason, the promotional item will also be canceled. Keep in mind, if we’re unable to fulfill the order due to the popularity of the promotion it’s possible that the item may be canceled.

*usually within 4 hours. All Fleet Farm eGift Cards are non-refundable. If you return a qualifying item, your return will be reduced by the prorated value of the eGift card.

You may select to send an eGift to a recipient up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Your credit card will be billed on the date of purchase.

eGift Cards are the perfect gift any time of the year. Select the amount you would like to give (between $5 and $2000) and select the date you want to send it. We e-mail it to your recipient. It's that simple!

Yes! Simply choose the "Buy for Myself" option on the eGift Card selection page.

You will receive an eGift Card claim link via email. Follow the instructions in the message to retrieve your eGift Card, and then choose "Download Giftable PDF." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient, and may be redeemed at any Fleet Farm store, or on FleetFarm.com.

Fleet Farm eGift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email with delivery instantly (within 4 hours) or on a specific date you choose (up to 60 days in the future). The email sent to the recipient includes a link to claim their eGift Card online. When the recipient opens the link, the eGift Card design you selected will be displayed along with the recipient's name, your personalized message, the eGift Card number, amount and instructions on how to redeem their eGift Card.

You will receive an email message confirming delivery to the recipient, as well as a message notifying you when the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card is not viewed within 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue. You may also contact Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 with the order number from the email you received confirming your purchase.

Gift cards purchased on FleetFarm.com can be mailed to the lower 48 states in the U.S., excluding California, along with shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.

Gift cards purchased on FleetFarm.com are shipped free of charge via USPS when Standard Shipping is selected at checkout.

For gift card orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping option will default to Second-Day at no additional charge.

Physical Gift Cards are affixed to a paper carrier and mailed inside a standard #10 envelope. The recipient's name, sender's name, your personalized message and the Gift Card amount are printed on the carrier.

Shipping time will depend on processing time and the delivery method you select. Physical gift cards can take up to 3 business days to process for shipment. Listed below are the delivery options:

• Standard Shipping (7-10 Business days) - Free

• Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days, if order is received by 12 PM CT) - $12.00

Older gift cards previously sold in the retail stores do not have PIN numbers and may be used only for retail store purchases. These cards may be replaced with a new card at any retail store. Call Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 for assistance replacing a card without a PIN.

You can purchase Fleet Farm Gift Cards online here or at any Fleet Farm retail store location. Fleet Farm eGift Cards can be purchased on FleetFarm.com.

Yes. We can ship your Fleet Farm gift card to anyone with a valid street address in lower 48 states in the U.S., excluding California, along with shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. Or, you can purchase an eGift and have it emailed to your recipient. We do not ship Gift Cards outside of the United States.

Yes - simply add your gift card to your cart with your other item selections. Please note, physical gift cards cannot be added to Store Pickup orders.

Yes. You can reload a physical Fleet Farm gift card at any Fleet Farm store location. Although a Fleet Farm gift card can be reloaded, no more than $2000 of total value can be on a single card.
