By participating in the Fleet Rewards® Credit Card (“FR Credit Card”) or Fleet Rewards® Visa Credit Card (“FR Visa Credit Card”) Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”), you hereby agree to be bound by these terms. Your FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card is issued by Synchrony Bank and the Rewards Program is provided by Fleet Wholesale Supply Co., LLC and its affiliates (“Fleet Farm®”) and serviced by Synchrony Bank. In order to receive the benefits of the Rewards Program, you must do the following:

1. Make purchases with your FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card and earn rewards points.

The Rewards Program is available for purchases made with your FR Credit Card at Fleet Farm® store locations and online at fleetfarm.com. If you carry the FR Visa Credit Card, you will earn rewards points for purchases made at Fleet Farm® store locations, online at fleetfarm.com and on purchases made everywhere else Visa Credit Cards are accepted. In order to participate in the Rewards Program, whether in connection with earning and redeeming rewards points, your FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card account must be open, in good standing and not more than 2 payments past due at the time rewards points are earned, and at the time a Fleet Rewards card (“Fleet Rewards Card”) is issued or redeemed. For purposes of these Terms, “good standing” means you are not in default of your FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card cardholder agreement, your Card account has not been suspended or closed for any reason and there has been no fraud or abuse related to the award of reward points or the issuance or redemption of any Fleet Rewards Card by you. You will earn four (4) rewards points for every one dollar ($1.00) in net purchases (purchases less credits, returns and adjustments) charged to your FR Credit Card of FR Visa Credit Card. FR Visa Credit Card cardholders will also earn one (1) reward point for every one dollar ($1.00) in net purchases charged to their FR Visa Credit Card everywhere else that Visa credit cards are accepted. Purchases for which you elect financing promotions are not eligible to earn rewards points. Cash advances, finance charges and FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card fees do not qualify for rewards points. Each time you earn a total of 2,500 rewards points and you are in compliance with these Terms, you will be issued a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) Fleet Rewards Card for use at Fleet Farm® stores or online at fleetfarm.com. Reward points earned may qualify you to receive multiple Fleet Rewards Cards. Reward points will not expire. Your twenty-five dollar ($25.00) Fleet Rewards Card(s) will be sent to you after the billing period in which you earn sufficient reward points for the issuance of one or more Fleet Rewards Cards. Your rewards points balance will automatically be reduced by 2,500 rewards points for each twenty-five dollar ($25.00) Fleet Rewards Card issued to you.

2. Earn Rewards Points and Redeem Fleet Rewards Cards in Accordance with these Terms.

Once issued, you may use your twenty-five dollar ($25.00) Fleet Rewards Card to purchase goods or services at Fleet Farm® stores or online at fleetfarm.com. If your Fleet Rewards Card purchase is less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), the balance will remain on your Fleet Rewards Card for later use. If lost or stolen, Fleet Rewards Cards cannot be replaced. Rewards points and Fleet Rewards Cards earned in the Rewards Program are not transferable. Rewards points will be forfeited if your FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card account is closed by you or by Synchrony Bank for any reason.

3. Other Restrictions Apply.

All returns of purchases made using a Fleet Rewards Card are subject to Fleet Farm®’s return policies in effect on the date of return. Fleet Rewards Cards are not “gift certificates”, have no cash value, and are not transferable as gifts. Fleet Rewards Cards are void if copied, altered, or defaced. Fleet Rewards Cards cannot be used to pay outstanding FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card balances. Unless and until you present the Fleet Rewards Card at a Fleet Farm® store location or online at fleetfarm.com in accordance with these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the rewards points or the Fleet Rewards Card has been earned. Nothing herein requires Fleet Farm® to accept a Fleet Rewards Card if the entire Rewards Program has been cancelled, terminated or suspended.

Synchrony Bank reserves the right to remove any participant from the Rewards Program in the event of any fraud or abuse of the Rewards Program. Participation in the Rewards Program will be suspended if your FR Credit Card or FR Visa Credit Card account is suspended. Synchrony Bank and/or Fleet Farm® reserves the right to change or terminate the Rewards Program at any time and in any manner without prior notice to you. Changes may include, among other things, changing the benefits, imposing additional restrictions, adjusting the number of rewards points that must accrue to earn a Fleet Rewards Card or terminating the Rewards Program altogether. No Fleet Rewards Cards will be issued or redeemed after termination of the Rewards Program. You are responsible for any tax liability that may arise as a result of the award of reward points or the redemption of Fleet Rewards Cards.
