Yes, for most orders you can choose an alternate pick-up person on the Store Pick Up page during checkout.* To pick up an order, the pick-up person will be required to present a valid photo ID, as well as a copy of the order confirmation email, either printed or shown on a mobile device.

We'll only charge your method of payment after your order has been picked up. However, we may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged.

Please note that Fleet Farm doesn't control how long authorization holds stay on your account. You may call your card-issuing bank if you have further questions.

Most items will be ready for store pick up within two hours* of the time your place your order on FleetFarm.com. When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a pickup notification via email.

*Please allow additional processing time for high-volume shopping events.

Pick-up orders can be canceled by calling Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 or by not picking up the order within the 5-day pickup window. 

Sorry, but you can't change your pick-up store. You must pick up your order at the store location you originally selected.

If you're unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order either by calling Customer Care at 1-877-633-7456 or letting the pick-up window expire.

Sometimes an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable. If we need to cancel the item, we'll send you an email to let you know as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Most orders will be available for pickup as an Outside Yard pickup. For some larger items, you may be required to pick up your item at the Outside Yard.

By ordering an age restricted item, you certify that you satisfy the age restriction. Items which are ordered online for pick up at a local Fleet Farm location require biller age and ID verification upon time of pickup. Additionally, the biller information submitted at the time of order placement must match the identity of the pick-up person at time of pickup.

Your order will be held at the store for 5 days. If your order isn't picked up after 5 days, we'll cancel the order and you won't be charged.
