Rated 1 out of 5 by from Falling apart already I pushed the button and it came apart I spent more time trying to figure out why it wasn't working than I did mopping the floor. I immediately don't like it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flawed Design The Microfiber Ratchet Twist Mop is a good idea, I have used similar for years. This broke the first day I used it. The attachment lugs that hold the mop-head to the twisting mechanism is not strong enough to hold the mop-head during twisting. This renders the mop useless, and new head will NOT fix the problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I purchased 2 of these mops at a local hardware store and only used both mops once both mop heads fell apart. Also, as another person stated, you can't find a model # to know which refill to buy. Don't buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not durable. The mop head is great! The screw section to attach the mop to, tears off of the handle. Needs to be a solid piece of plastic (used to be, when the mop handle was grey---lasted a long time!!!--- not now. Very sad---this COULD be a great overall mop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quickie Let Down! I've always used Quickie. The first time I used this one, pieces of the material were coming off as I mopped with it. The head even detached from the handle a couple times. I spent just as much time putting it back together as I did actually mopping. I used it again for the second time last night. I had just finished scrubbing my grout and went to mop the whole floor and the mop head constantly came off. I was in mid-swipe and it literally flew off. I know I spent a good hour reattaching and hoping it had it on good enough to finish the job. For what ever reason, the button would no longer click in. It continued to come off so I finally just held it by the head and finished mopping the rest of the floor. Not happy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad mop head design The blue plastic tabs that you have to squeeze to remove the mop head is a design disaster. Not enough room to depress the tabs fully and if you have arthritis in your hands, forget it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wringing mechanism Within just a few uses of this mop, the position on the handle that you hold to wring out the mop began to spin with the effort it takes to wring out the mop. I find it very discouraging that a simple piece like that was not better designed to hold up in the first few uses. Still using it but it's overly wet due to this problem.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality plastic connector. NOT for heavy use I am a housekeeper, and I use a clean mop head for every house. I rotate 2 handles throughout my day. These mop handles FAIL in the same place every time: The cheap, flimsy, hollow piece of plastic that is enclosed in the end of the handle breaks after a few repeated uses. Another sad part of that is WHEN the plastic piece breaks- it ruins the mop head too with a hunk of plastic broken off in the twist end of the mop. I have had repeated contact with Quality Control, and Customer Service, advising them of the poor quality piece, yet I have "broken" 5 mops in 5 months. IF you buy this ratcheting mop, be aware that the plastic end on the mop handle is GOING to break, it just depends on how often you use it.
