Perfect for Quick Candy MakingMelt these on low in the microwave (50% power on my microwave) for just a couple minutes along with a couple teaspoons of coconut oil (optional, but adds a professional glossiness to the finished product). Stir in 8-10 oz. of your favorite nuts and/or coconut, etc.. Scoop out onto lined baking sheet and freeze briefly. Using roasted, unsalted cashews, I finished the candies with a sprinkle of coarse salt before freezing--yummy! This is a great product with a pure, chocolate flavor. I will keep these in my pantry.
