Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet.. unnoticeable It works great with a vacuum and chipping hammers. I have mainly used it to power a KRK monitor for job site music or even at the park or beach. It could benefit from a pure sine wave inverter but could up the cost and affect efficiency in some way. Overall it bumps music all day and is what I wanted it for. If you plan on using this off grid as a backup power supply it’d better be for something small as this unit will only supply 720 watt hours of energy with four 9 amp hour batteries. Parallel charging at 3 amp hours means the 9 amp hour batteries take three hours to fully charge from flat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Modified Sine wave Nice and easy to carry in the car without gas fumes but I was disappointed to find out that it has a modified sine wave inverter. I did not even fully understand what that was prior to my purchase. It means that it will not power lots of stuff you may have and can burn up some items. I still use it for other things and I am trying to figure out how to convert or modify it to a pure sine wave inverter. I guess it was my bad as it is in the technical specifications as a modified sine wave. Just wish it was clear that some items will not work or could damage some items. From what I could find from my research online, My Retrotec Blower Door fan being one of them (it acts badly and started to smoke when plugged into it), probably 80% of the stuff you plugin will work fine, 10% will fail pretty quickly, and the other 10% it will be difficult to tell. So be careful. It could burn up the item you plug into it. It would also have been nice if it had USB connectors and would turn itself off if there is no load for a long period of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, allows use of corded devices anywhe I bought this so that I can use my equipment anywhere without the limitations of a cord. I had this for a year now and I am impressed. With a 4.0ah battery as my weakest link, I was able to power a 24" TV for a little over 7hrs. Great product that is a true game changer. This will work up to 15amps, so you can use heavy duty equipment like a table saw anywhere. It makes your corded products semi cordless and accessible anywhere

Rated 5 out of 5 by from short term 110v electric source Most places sell these for $400 w/o batteries. Fleet Farms sale price of $200 is a no brainer. They should be used with 4....9amp batteries to get the maximum run time. It is expensive, but silent and odorless and can run multiple electronic devices in case of a blackout. It is also charges your batteries, 4 at a time. If you want to run a radio, lights, small t.v., or a medical device this is your device. Can be charged with solar if you have the solar. I have two of them.
