Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rifle This really is a great rifle. Out of the box it is a little loud and is all over the place on the target but I knew this going into it and after a couple hundred pellets it has finally settled in and a lot quieter. I did upgrade the scope to an ATN x-sight hd II and it will stack shots in a dime size grouping now. If you put in the time and patience with this rifle you will be very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT for "RAT PATROL" I bought the Canadian version at 495 fps. Took about 40 shots to zero in. 6 rats - 6 shots. Works fantastic with hollow points !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The name say's it all.... This is my first break barrel and can say the name Titan says it all. I was having trouble at first not knowing about the break barrel. I was thinking it would be a shooter out of the box and not knowing it had a break in period. Also I upgraded the scope with a Daisy Winchester AO 4X32 which improved the shooting a lot. After 300 pellets, using the proper hold, and a upgraded scope I can hit squirrels head shot at 40 yards no problem. This is a powerful air gun for adults. You have to treat it as a firearm. Miss use of this rifle can seriously injure or even cause death to a human. This is a great rifle and highly recommend it to everyone that enjoys varmint hunting. Also for you preppers this would be a great asset to you arsenal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inaccurate I have shot hundreds of rounds through mine and still have yet to be accurate on 2 consecutive shots. I'll put it on a led sled and with no movement of the gun and no wind blowing, one shot will hit the target in one area and the very next shot, aiming at the same spot as the previous one, will hit 8 or 9 inches away. And it may be higher one time and then to the right the next, you just never know where it will end up hitting the target at. I've bought many guns in my life and have put scopes on them and had to sight them in, so I'm no stranger to the process. Could it just be a bad scope? I really would like the gun if it could be zeroed in and stay that way so that I could fill comfortable to shoot a varmint when needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent air rifle for the price. I have had a skunk problem where i live this year, due to unusual amounts of rain in the spring. Additionally, I have had a ground squirrel problem too. Recently, our county found rabies in both skunks and ground squirrels. Having a dog, I knew I need to cut down this problem. As I result I gave it a go with my .177 caliber Crosman break barrel... 3 shots later and all were in the kill zone, the skunk kept coming around and I had to use my bow. I realized that .177 is not adequate for game as big as a skunk and needed something bigger. I used my .22 with a silencer a few times, but after additional neighbors moved in around me (as our area is getting built up) there was concern of a pass through/ricochet going into a house. So I purchased this rifle. First off i'd like to say I had mine sighted in in 4 shots with my hunting buddy acting as my spotter. The scope has held zero perfectly and has not moved. It is deadly accurate and has only had about 35-40 rounds through it. I believe people with scope issues may want to check their rings, as the rear ring has a stud that goes into the hole cut at the back of the receiver. If improperly mounted I could see where someone would have great frustration and not be able to hold a zero. As for the good stuff. The gun is extremely quiet and at/past 5 feet measured in on my decibel meter at 20 decibels (as quiet as a person whispering). The two stage trigger is adjustable, and because I was a sniper I definitely adjusted the trigger out of the box during sight in as factory was not adequate for my skill set. Adjusted to suit me, I find the trigger is excellent and have no complaints. The power on this air rifle is amazing. I purchased the Benjamin hunting pellet assortment. At 75 yards I shot at a steel target that was 3 feet in the ground, 4 feet tall, 1/4 inch thick, and weighed about 275 pounds. It hit with accuracy in the wind approximately 8 Mph cross wind and with enough authority to make a distinctive "tink" sound that I would expect from a regular .22LR rifle. I have to date killed 2 skunks. One shot one kill on each skunk at 25 yards (distance across my back yard from my sliding glass door to where they come under the fence where my dog run is). It has also been accurate enough to drop 3 ground squirrels with one shot at the same distance. Last weekend I also used it to drop a coyote in one shot at 42 yards (used a range finder). I definitely recommend this product if you're needing something in the city or country to take out pests, varmints, etc. Lastly, I did want to state that I find the Benjamin hunting pellet assortment is a perfect accompaniment to this air rifle, and with the copper domed pellets being a better choice for 80 -90 yards (about all i would personally recommend for pest control with ANY air rifle). As for the fit, finish, and quality, everything is tight and very beautiful and well built with a very nice finish to the stock as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Learn how to shoot this gun and you will love it I have owned this gun now for almost 2 months and really enjoy it. This is my first break barrel pellet gun so I thought really nothing of it but was I impressed of it's weight, accuracy and quality. Yes it took about 200 - 250 rounds for it to start getting good shot groups after learning how to hold the rifle properly. Now after almost 1000 rounds through it I can put down squirrels and crows at 50 yards easily. For those of you who say the gun is inaccurate it takes practice and patience to understand the recoil of the gun. You will learn but believe me don't send it back, it's you and not the gun so learn how to hold it and breath properly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sweet shooter and driver with the right pellet. I like the stock, balance and handling of this rifle. It has turned out to be very accurate, one hole 5/8" 10 shot group at 20 yards with H&N FTTs 5.5MM it like, a sug fitting pellet. Of course this was with a GRT III trigger and Hammers 3-9x40 AO scope. The Original trigger had a long heavy first stage and the scope is barely adequate. Something went was wrong with one I bought 18 months ago and I returned it, but this one is a real tack driver.
