Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revised Review from 5/23/2018 When I submitted the first review, I was highly critical of the quality and may have been hasty in submitting the review. Once the replacement parts, side table & igniters arrived and installed, I have used the grill quite often and works fabulously. I am most impressed with two things. The first is the over-all ease of use as portability. Second, is the quality of the grates. For some reason my review is listed as Anonymous it should have read Craig23701

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like the grill, hate the regulator This is a great grill for camping trips but I'm on my second regulator in two years. The first one stopped working after about 6 uses. The one I have now has been used about 9 times and is freezing up while in use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from When replacing parts. FYI: If you should need to replace any parts, make sure you use your phone or something to remind yourself where things go. I usually can remember these things but old age kicked in or something this time! Anyway, Coleman has NOTHING in the way of a schematic diagram or accurate drawing for parts placement. I couldn't believe it... So don't do what I did and make the job harder than it needed to be for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from On th road with Coleman The grill worked very well for our family cabin/camping trip in Virginia. The only downfall is the igniter. The spring gets jammed after one use. So we ended up using a lighter to start the burners.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the grill but.... Have had 2 of these roadtrip grills, they are good grills, though they only last a couple of years even when covered - the burners on these rust out and are not replaceable. Wish the burner was replaceable....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not What I Expected... Purchase a RoadTrip LXE last year and added the RV propane adaptor. Even though my wife and I camp a lot I just took the grill out of its carrying case this past weekend and used it. I was very disappointed. Three issues came to my attention; the grill lid does not close over grill thus letting wind in and slowing the cooking. The two grill do not heat the grill surface evenly, and it does not roll easily when folded up. Additionally, the lower tray slips out and drags on the ground (very funky design). I also used the aluminum griddle to cook breakfast on and it was a very long and grueling exercise owing to the wind blowing through the grill burners and the griddle. Very much a waste of time and money buying this unit. When got home on Sunday I purchase a Weber Q2200 with griddle. I know its lid closes tight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for camping! This grill is great for camping. I bought the full size griddle that swaps in, in place of the standard grill top. Bacon and eggs are a cinch and easy cleanup! I also bought an extender hose that hooks right up to my camp trailer, so instead of using small propane bottles, I can use the large one the trailer uses.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Review of RoadTrip LXE Ordered online @ Coleman website and received within 3 days, outstanding! All parts were accounted for and minimal assembly was done quickly. Unfortunately though, the screws holding the drip pan in place that are to be removed to check the burners and also to allow cleaning of drip pan will not come loose, the heads just spun off, so not sure what to do long term as this drip pan will need to be cleaned and no way now to extract it from the grill or to check and maintain burners, anyone got any suggestions?
