This is the worst pan everI don't see how it was ever approved as safe to sell a pan like this. The coating melted off immediately and was all over the food we were going to eat, when I cooked bacon all of the grease was PITCH black. This is not a food safe pan.

Better than TinfoilThis frying pan was used for several camping trips and one group backpacking trip. Due to the thinness of the pan, it was always a challenge to keep food from sticking to it regardless of heat control, and despite the non-stick coating. It finally bit the dust when cooking on a backpacking stove. It could not stand up to even a minimum of concentrated heat, and a half-dollar sized patch of coating came off in my scrambled eggs. Stick to cast iron or use a griddle.
