Merchandise Return/ Exchange Policy
• For your protection, all merchandise for return or exchange must be accompanied by our valid cash register receipt. Merchandise and packaging needs to be in new, unused and resalable condition and returned within 60 days. In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items such as ammunition, undergarments, swimwear, custom cut merchandise and special orders. Other restrictions, to include inspection of the item by an authorized service center, and/or a restocking fee may apply.
• All items purchased by check require a 15-day waiting period.
• All items purchased on a credit/debit/check card will be credited to the original account number or in-store credit only. Purchases returned without the credit/debit/check card will receive in-store credit if the card is not present at the time of the refund.
• Items purchased on a Gift Card, will be credited to a Gift Card.
• All items returned with a Gift Receipt will be given in-store credit or exchanged.
• The original receipt is required for a price adjustment within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturers' policies.
