Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimension of the items you ordered and the shipping method. You may calculate your shipping cost prior to checkout from either the product page or the shopping cart page.
We offer shipment to the lower 48 states. Currently, we do not offer shipment to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the United States. You may save two shipping addresses when you create an account, but you may ship to only one address per order.
Military APO addresses do not accept packages weighing over 70 pounds, over 130 inches in length, or containing perishables, alcohol, firearms or hazardous materials. It is the customer's responsibility prior to placing an order to be shipped to a military address to verify that the order will meet the guidelines necessary for delivery.
Orders shipped to prisons cannot require a signature or special handling such as refrigeration or hazardous materials. Because it is not possible to request a specific shipping method for an order, it is the customer's responsibility prior to placing an order to verify with prison officials whether a UPS or LTL shipment of the desired order items meet the guidelines necessary for delivery.
Most orders are shipped Smart Post, USPS and UPS. Mills Fleet Farm will always attempt to use the most time-efficient shipping method allowed for the products being shipped. Multiple shipping methods may be used for an order, depending on the methods available for items in that order.
Whenever possible, Mills Fleet Farm offers the following shipping options:
Saturday delivery is available for most locations. Contact us for location information.
An additional $8.00 shipping charge will be automatically applied to all Rods 5feet (60 inches) and over. Rods may ship separately from other merchandise in your order.
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders are processed and shipped the first business day following the day the order was placed. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. To ensure next day delivery, orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. CST.
Vaccines, antibiotics and other refrigerants must be shipped expedited or express air. Due to their size, heavyweight and oversized packages will be shipped by freight truck. Please allow 7-10 business days for freight delivery. Packages will be delivered outside the front door of the shipping address. White glove delivery (inside building delivery or product set up) is not currently available.
You will receive an email notification when all or part of your order ships. The email will provide the information you need to track your shipment. If you created an account before placing your order, you can select “Order Status” on the Mills Fleet Farm home page to view your order status. You must be logged into the site to view order status. Where applicable, Mills Fleet Farm will charge sales tax on taxable items. Sales tax is calculated on the cost of the taxable merchandise. Depending on state-specific regulations, sales tax may also be assessed on shipping and handling costs.
To return your online purchase, you must have a valid Mills Fleet Farm packing slip. A customer packing slip is sent with each order shipment. If you don't have a packing slip for your return, please contact us.
If the merchandise you received is defective or damaged or the wrong item was sent to you, please call customer service at 1-877-633-7456 for information on how to return the item.
To return your online purchase for a refund, please ship your item in new, unused and resalable condition, along with a copy of your packing slip, to our Return Center at the address listed on your packing slip (instructions are below) by Parcel Post or UPS within 60 days of the date your order is received. C.O.D. packages are not accepted. If you wish to exchange your online purchase to receive a new item, please see “Exchanges” and “In-Store Returns and Exchanges” below.
We do not accept returns for items such as: undergarments; swimwear; custom or personalized merchandise; special orders; items containing gasoline or oil; DVDs, videos, books; or items denoted as hazardous on the packing slip. Items containing gasoline or oil and other items marked as hazardous cannot be returned through the mail - please contact the product manufacturer or contact us for further information.
Please allow up to 14 business days for a return to be processed. If you purchased using a credit/debit/check card, the refund amount will be credited back to the original account number. The refund amount of gift card purchases will be credited back to a new gift card, which will be mailed to the customer who placed the order. For orders paid with both a gift card and credit/debit/check card, the refund amount will be credited back to the credit/debit/check card up to the total amount paid with the credit/debit/check card. Any remaining refund balance will be credited to a gift card.
Shipping charges will be refunded for items whose return was necessary due to fulfillment error, manufacturer defect or shipping damages.
Prior to shipping online purchase return items which were received in defective or damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent to you, please call customer service at 1-877-633-7456 for special return shipping instructions. For all other return items, please ship your return using Parcel Post or UPS to the address provided on your packing slip according to the following return shipping instructions.
While Mills Fleet Farm can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange those items through our Returns Center. To get a replacement item as quickly as possible, please return the damaged or defective item for a refund then reorder that item. To exchange your item at a store location, see “In-Store Returns and Exchanges” below.
No price adjustments are accepted for online purchases, nor do we honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
You may return or exchange online purchases, including items which were received in damaged or defective condition or sent to you in error, at one of our stores. Please bring your purchase along with the packing slip you received with your shipment.
Items must be returned within 60 days of the date you received your order. Return items which were not received in damaged condition must be in new, unused and resalable condition. We do not accept returns for items such as: undergarments; swimwear; custom or personalized merchandise; special orders; items containing gasoline or oil; DVDs, videos, books; or items denoted as hazardous on the packing slip. You can find any of our products by using the site search or by browsing our department or brand product listings.
To use the site search, enter one or more keywords using any combination of product brand name, product name or type of product. The search will return only products that match all your keywords. For example:
To browse for a product by department or brand product listings, select a department or brand to display a list of all relevant product categories. Within a selected product category one or two additional levels of subcategories will be presented from which you must choose. Products available within the refined category selection will then be displayed.
To find detailed product information, select the desired product from your search or browsing results. The product page will display a view of the product and the product details including color and size options.

When you find products that you would like to compare, check the “Compare” box on the category page for each product you’d like to compare. Select “Compare” link on the category page to see a summary of all the products you’ve selected. To remove an item from the comparison view, click the “Remove” link next to the item on the comparison page.
To add an item to your shopping cart, go to the page view of the product you would like to add. Then choose a size and color option (if any), enter the quantity you would like and click “Add to Cart” to place the item in your shopping cart. Repeat for each unique size and color combination you’d like to order.
To remove an item from your cart, select one of the options to go to the shopping cart: “View Cart”, “Viewing Items In [Shopping Cart]”, or “Shopping Cart” link. From the shopping cart view, click the “Remove” link next to each item you want removed.
To change the quantity of an item in the shopping cart, from the shopping cart view, enter the number you’d like in the quantity box and click the “Update” button.
After viewing and/or updating your shopping cart, you can choose to either “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout.”

If you haven’t already signed in to the site, you will be given three options during the checkout process: sign in if you already have an account, create a new account during checkout, or checkout without creating an account.
The site will take you step by step through the process of checking out. At checkout you will enter, confirm or edit existing payment, billing and shipping information.

Creating an account will allow you to save your billing and shipping information for speedier checkout on future orders. An account also allows you to easily track your order history.
Due to shipping limitations, all Fishing Rods over 5 feet (60 inches) will ship via UPS and cannot ship to a PO Box. A valid physical address must be entered.

Items may be ordered as tax exempt by creating a tax exempt profile in your account. To create a new account with a tax exempt profile, select “Your Account” and complete the information in the “register here” section. To add a tax exempt profile to an existing account, sign in to the site and select “Your Account.”, then select “Tax Exemption.” Complete the tax exempt fields on the Tax Exemption Information page. Two tax exempt profiles may be entered for each account. Sign in to the site with the tax exempt profile email and password to flag an order as tax exempt in your shopping cart.
When you have signed into the site with a tax exempt profile other than farm tax exempt, the shopping cart will permit you to flag your entire order as tax exempt. When you have signed into the site with a farm exempt profile, only items eligible for farm tax exemption will display the ability to be selected as farm tax exempt. You may choose which farm tax exemption eligible items are being purchased for farm use and should be tax exempt . If you have more than one tax profile, you will be prompted to indicate which of the tax profiles you are using for that order. Only one tax exempt profile may be used per order.
All orders must be paid at the time they are placed. Mills Fleet Farm accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards for payment, as well as Mills Fleet Farm eCommerce gift cards
If you created an account, you can view your order status by signing into the site and selecting “Order Status” or “Your Account” followed by “Your Orders.”
You will receive an email notice when all or part of your order is shipped. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will receive an email for each shipment. Each shipment notice email will provide information on how you can track your shipment.

After your checkout is complete, you will have the option of printing your order receipt. Click “Print a Copy for My Records” to print a copy of the order receipt.
You can reprint an order receipt if you created an account before placing your order. Sign into the site and select “Order Status,” or select “Your Account” and then “Your Orders.” Select the order from your order history list. Then click “Print a Copy for My Records."

You can purchase a Mills Fleet Farm gift card online or at any of the retail stores. To purchase online, select "Gift Card" from the main menu. When prompted, enter the number of gift cards you want and choose a denomination from the available options and then select "Add to Cart."
You can purchase up to $500 of Mills Fleet Farm gift cards online in the offered denominations. For information on gift card purchases over $500 or purchasing gift cards in larger denominations than offered online, please call customer service at 1-877-633-7456.
Gift cards purchased online can be mailed anywhere in the lower 48 states. Currently, we do not offer shipment to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the United States. Please allow 4 to 7 days for your gift card to arrive.
You can use your Mills Fleet Farm gift card to shop online or to shop at a retail store. Older gift cards sold in the retail stores do not have PIN numbers and may be used only for retail store purchases. Older cards without PIN numbers may be replaced with a new card at any retail store. Call customer service at 1-877-633-7456 for help on replacing a card without a PIN.
To use your card for an online purchase, select "Gift Card" as your payment method at checkout. When prompted, enter the 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit PIN number found on the back of your card. To reveal the PIN number on a new gift card, scratch off the protective silver covering. If your order total is greater than the balance on your gift card you will be asked to enter bankcard information to pay for the remaining balance.
To use your card at a retail store, simply present your gift card as a means of payment. If your purchase amount is greater than the balance on your gift card, you will be asked for additional payment methods to pay for the remaining balance.
Gift cards do not expire. As long as a balance remains on your gift card it may be used for purchases.
You may call the toll free number provided on the back of your gift card to inquire on your gift card balance.
With proof of purchase the balance remaining on a lost or stolen gift card will be reissued free of charge. Call customer service at 1-877-633-7456 for replacement of a lost or stolen gift card.
